This donation is not just money—it’s a spiritual investment into the sacred mission of my big brother Akiva, who once bravely stared into the eyes of a pigeon and didn’t flinch. They say it takes a village to raise $1800, but I say it takes one unhinged sibling with exactly $146 and no impulse control. Chai 4 ever , I hope you understand that this donation was calculated by multiplying the number of socks I’ve lost this year by the number of times Akiva has said the word “dude” in a mildly condescending tone. I donate this money in honor of: • Akiva’s left pinky toe (which has always been a source of inspiration) • The concept of perseverance, as seen in every crumpled juice box at the bottom of a camp bag • And the eternal battle between good and Wi-Fi in rural Ontario. Let this donation stand as a testament to Akiva’s grind, Chai 4 ever's mission, and the fact that I had $146 sitting around doing absolutely nothing useful.
